It was the Taipei Pride 2009. The LGBT community of Taiwan gathered around the presidential office to claim their rights.
In 228-park some participants got ready. To be the center of attention takes a lot of hard work and preparation. The whole costume was hand-made by himself, but with the fitting help was needed as it was rather heavy.
With a beautifully crafted costume, body paint and accessories the end-result was stunning. But he probably would have gotten similar amount of attention just walking in his tight red undies... showing off that package.
